North Sea oil base blocked by Extinction Rebellion protesters
The Metro says Extinction Rebellion activists are blockading a North Sea oil industry site in Scotland.
Protesters are blocking the main entrance to Invergordon Service Base of the Cromarty Firth Port Authority.
It’s the latest direct action from the group in the run up to the Cop26 climate summit in Glasgow, an event which is expected to draw huge environmental protests.
