Glee star Naya Rivera’s body found on 7th anniversary of co-star Corey Monteith’s death
A body found in a lake in California has been identified as missing Glee star Naya Rivera, police say.
Rivera, 33, went missing on Wednesday after going boating with her four-year-old son at Lake Piru. He was found alone, sleeping on the boat.
"She mustered enough energy to get her son back onto the boat, but not enough to save herself."

Divers and teams found the body earlier on Monday, her body was discovered on the seventh anniversary of co-star Corey Monteith’s death.
Sheriff Bill Ayub said there was no indication of foul play or that she took her own life.
Rivera’s son told police they had gone swimming but she never returned. After a massive search and rescue operation found no trace of Rivera, police moved to a “search and recovery operation.”
They used side-scanning sonar, divers, sniffer dogs, helicopters and remote-operated submarine vehicles equipped with cameras.
Hollywood mourns the death of actor Naya Rivera
7 years ago today, she and I were together in London when we found out about Cory. We were so far away, but I was so thankful that we had each other. A week ago today we were talking about running away to Hawaii. This doesn’t make sense. And I know it probably never will.
