Pound falls again, after Brexit ruling

The pound fell on Tuesday after the UK Supreme Court ruled that the Government must hold a parliamentary vote to trigger article 50. Having hit its highest level for more than a month as initial details of the ruling emerged,  the pound fell as investors sold the currency.
