NO-DEAL BREXIT: TRAFFIC WARDENS COULD GET MORE POWER
I News reports, if a no-deal Brexit goes ahead traffic wardens could gain more power under the plans to keep Dover gridlock free. The suggested powers could include issuing fines to lorry drivers and demanding to see the required documentation.

TOWN EVACUATED AFTER DAM WALL COLLAPSES

Officials have told local residents they are not sure how long the evacuation could last, adding they could be working on it “for days.” They said evacuated residents should try to find their own accommodation as space is limited. Local community halls and pubs have offered to take in those evacuated.
