Shirley Ballas delivered a brilliant response to a Strictly Come Dancing audience member who heckled her.
Saturday’s final saw Hamza Yassin and dance partner Jowita Pryzstal crowned winners after an epic final in which Helen Skelton and her dance partner Gorka Marquez, Molly Rainford with Carlos Gu and Fleur East with Vito Coppola battled it out for the glitterball trophy.
Head judge Shirley had been giving her comments to Helen and Gorka after their second performance of the night with their show dance to Shine by Emeli Sande.
After praising the Countryfile star, Shirley began: ‘There was a couple of errors on dismount which I’m sure you,’ before she was interrupted by an audience member sitting behind her.
As the 62-year-old and fellow judges Craig Revel Horwood, Anton du Beke, and Motsi Mabuse, turned around to look at the interruption, Shirley beckoned at them to join them on the panel, sarcastically saying ‘Come up.’
However she didn’t miss a beat, and dismissed the interruption, quickly turning back around to Helen and Gorka.

Shirley has previously addressed how she deals with criticism of her judging, insisting she doesn’t ‘ignore it’.
Chatting to Metro.co.uk at the Pride of Britain Awards, Shirley said of any criticism she faces: ‘I don’t ignore it, no.
‘I take my job seriously. I’m honoured and humbled to be able to be the head judge on Strictly Come Dancing, I am honoured and humbled to have been in my own industry for 55 years and to be able to get out there and give the best critique of the couples along their way during the show and hoping that it will inspire them to be the best that they can be.’

Shirley has previously defended her judging skills, after some viewers claimed she had a ‘soft spot’ for male contestants on the show.
Revealing the judges saw more of the routine than viewers at home, Shirley explained on Loose Women: ‘When it’s put in front of me 45 years of experience come in [to play].
‘And you don’t have to agree with me. I don’t have to agree with the panel. They don’t have to agree with me. That’s okay. But we can still talk to each other in a human-like fashion.’

Shirley also said while she ‘loved’ that the audience has an opinion, it becomes hurtful when it ‘goes overboard and becomes nasty.’
She added she had received ‘unfathomable’ messages with language ‘so explicit’ she would not have been able to retweet them but had received some apologies.
Strictly Come Dancing is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
