Migrants feared dead after dozens aboard boat hit trouble in cold weather The Independent says Deaths are feared to have happened from an incident involving a small boat in the English Channel as authorities launched a rescue mission in freezing conditions. No casualities have officially been confirmed. But reports suggest three are feared dead after dozens entered the water off the coast of Kent.
