Love Island viewers were left a little confused by Jordan Odofin and his choice to wear sunglasses to bed during Thursday’s episode of the show.
The bombshell, 28, who entered the villa alongside Casey O’Gorman last week, is in a new couple with Ellie Spence.
He opted to give her a chance, although in a ‘platonic friendship couple’, after she and Tanyel Revan were the last two girls left at the recoupling.
Consequently, popular contestant Tanyel was sent home, much to the other Islanders’ distress.
At the end of the episode, with plenty of couples getting cosy, such as the likes of Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins, Shaq Muhammed and Tanya Manhenga, and Claudia Fogerty and Casey, Jordan and Ellie were not.
Enjoying their sides of the bed for a night of peaceful rest, with their backs towards one another, it appeared Jordan had gone step further to shut off his senses – by wearing a pair of sunglasses.

That is, despite all the lights being turned off too.
‘Why is Jordan wearing sunglasses to bed! Weird,’ commented one viewer, while another tweeted: ‘No but Jordan? Sleeping in the sunglasses?’
Others were more tickled by the move – and in fairness, he’d have to be careful when it comes to turning over that he doesn’t accidentally bend or break them.
Elsewhere in tonight’s show, the boys were tasked with coking a slap-up meal for the girls, who were left less than impressed after accusations of ‘raw meat’ were flung about.
Tensions also came to a head again between Shaq Muhammed and Ron Hall, as Shaq confronted Ron over the classic scenario of him not pulling his wait when it came to doing the washing up.

‘No seriously, come on. We’re all washing up and cleaning, so can you get up and have your chat later?’ he was seen snapping.
‘Come and clean, we’re all doing it together.’

With Ron later fuming over the situation with Lana and Olivia Hawkins, he admitted it was still one thing he would be ‘fake’ about, to avoid ruffling feathers further with Shaq.
Agreeing that a ‘divide’ had formed between the boys, Ron was still determined he wouldn’t let it spoil his time in the villa.
Love Island continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
