There was utter chaos on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! as three celebs only managed to get three stars in a Bushtucker trial.
Babatúndé Aléshé, Boy George and Chris Moyles tried their best to work together in a critter-infested trial where they were showered in bugs while trying to bring stars up several floors while trapped in a recreation of the Angel of the North statue.
However, each time one celebrity managed to push a star up a flight, another would drop it, leading to the entire process to begin again.
Babatúndé especially despaired over what he called his ‘butter fingers,’ while George meditated his way through the shower of cockroaches by singing whatever came into his head.
Including, at one point, sing-shouting ‘I tried mother, I tried!’ and ‘Scorpions are my friends!’
Whatever works, George.

Chris, meanwhile, loudly questioned ‘Why did I wear shorts!’ as grubs, green ants and cockroaches crawled up his legs. Ouch.
Presenters Ant and Dec called out encouragement for the caampmates as the coveted wooden stars became even more difficult to see under layers of bugs, but at the same time the duo snickered to each other over the ‘chaos.’
Afterwards, Dec admitted to the trio that the trial was ‘really frustrating to watch,’ and accepted it must have been even worse to take part in.

Having managed to get just three stars for the camp, Baba clearly felt guilty, as he told the presenters: ‘I had butterfingers, I don’t know what to say. I am annoyed at myself.’
George however was feeling oddly positive about the experience, joking: ‘I’ve never had so many cockroaches on me at one time. It was fun!’
He assured a despairing Baba ‘not to worry about it.’

Elsewhere on Tuesday’s episode, former Health Secretary Matt Hancock gave his two cents on Liz Truss’ extremely brief time as Prime Minister, telling his campmates her political career was ‘over.’
He also revealed he sent a text to Boris Johnson when he attempted to grab his old job, warning the former PM it was ‘not his time’.
After being asked ‘what went wrong’ by soap star Sue Cleaver, Hancock replied: ‘In a way, they were unlucky, in that globally interest rates all went up, just at the time that they were also… bringing in a financial statement where you say, “We’re going to do all these expensive things and we’re not going to say how we’re going to pay for them”.’

He added: ‘Her political career is over. No ambiguity at all.’
