Thinking of packing in your New Year’s resolution after a sinful weekend? Well, let Christine McGuinness be your inspiration to power on through as she showcases her washboard abs.
And yep, our jaws are still on the floor.
The 34-year-old took to social media on Sunday afternoon to share a short clip of herself laying on the sofa as she lifts her T-shirt up to showcase her incredible stomach – complete with an eight pack.
Looking effortlessly beautiful in her black top and grey jogging bottoms, the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star went make-up free as she wrote to her 691,000 Instagram followers: ‘Reset. Restart. Refocus. As many times as you need to.’
Before jealousy completely took hold of her fans, Christine warned fans: ‘Don’t be fooled, they never stay around for long! I usually wake up with abs, go to sleep with flab’s.’
Of course, Christine’s followers rushed to the comments section of the post to praise mum-of-three Christine, with many telling her her hard work is paying off.

Her friend, Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davis, wrote: ‘Can I have two of your abs? Back to the gym tomorrow.’
Christine replied: ‘You’re stun mama!’ as she encouraged her pal.
One fan wrote: ‘Everyone is looking to find themselves in life….looks like you are “Finding Christina”… the true and authentic you…it’s not about the abs, although, they look great!
‘It’s about some form of “inner peace” on your face… which I recognised. Sometimes we just need to be ourselves.’
Another joked: ‘And here I am just eating my second slice of cake!’

With another adding: ‘Omg you make me sick. In a good way im so god dam jealous I say this why I eat pizza.’
Christine also shared her workout routine as one asked: ‘lots of hard work!! how often do you work out and what diet do you follow?’
She replied: ‘at the minute 3-4 times a week, mostly weights, no cardio (that’s just me personally I don’t want to lose any fat, I just want to gain some shape back) upped my protein.. lots of water.’

However, one fan was left concerned, asking: ‘Are you ok. You seem a little down. [Hope] your ok.’
Christine reassured her follower: ‘just a little burnt out I think but each and every day is one step closer to where I’m supposed to be.’
