Charlene White has revealed which of her Loose Women co-stars would be her nightmare campmate, as she heads into the jungle for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
Charlene will be joining the likes of Boy George, Love Island’s Olivia Attwood and the camp’s first ever royal, Mike Tindall as the new batch of celebs face some pretty grim bushtucker trials.
Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are returning to Australia this year with a new batch of celebs, all ready to be put through their paces in some grim and gruesome trials.
This will be the show’s first series Down Under since the pandemic hit, after the crew bid farewell to the beloved Gwrych Castle in North Wales where the previous two series have taken place.
Speaking about who she wouldn’t want to join her in the jungle, Charlene told Metro.co.uk and other press: ‘I love Janet [Street-Porter] to bits but it would probably be Janet.’

Charlene explained: ‘Just because she likes things done in a certain way and she doesn’t suffer fools and she’d be whipping everybody into shape and all of that stuff, and sometimes you just want to sit and chill.’
She also admitted that she thinks some of her Loose Women co-stars will be voting for her to do the bushtucker trials.
‘I think Coleen [Nolan] and Denise [Welch] would definitely find it really funny.
‘Nadia [Sawalha] definitely wouldn’t because she’s very much an empath, and would be like, “We can’t put her through that.”

‘Janet probably would vote for me because she’d kill herself laughing, it would be less about trying to torture me and more about them thinking it would absolutely crack them up.’
Elsewhere Charlene admitted it ‘took a lot of weeks of deliberation,’ before she decided to head into the jungle, saying it ‘wasn’t an immediate yes.’

Speaking about finally making the decision, Charlene said, after she and her partner had ‘flipflopped’ back and forth many times: ‘It was the day after doing coverage for the Queen’s funeral that we finally made the decision.’
She continued to Metro.co.uk and other press: ‘Because I think you realise that life is too short to not try new things.’
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! launches on Sunday at 9pm on ITV.
