Bank of Ireland warning over cash machine glitch reports Technical issues have led to reports that people were withdrawing large sums of cash from machines despite having little funds in their accounts, according to the Bank of Ireland and Irish police. Pictures and videos shared online show long queues outside machines in the Republic of Ireland. North Korea says US soldier fled because of racism in army US soldier Travis King crossed into North Korea last month due to the “inhuman maltreatment and racial discrimination” in the US army, according to North Korea.
