Following the arrival of Charles Anderson’s (Kevin Mathurin) mum in Emmerdale, Claudette (Flo Wilson), Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) has had her home life completely disrupted.
The pair got off to a terrible start after an argument in the café, and things went from bad to worse when Claudette arrived on the doorstep of Woodbine Cottage.
Manpreet opened up to Charles about the difficulties she had had with Claudette, unaware that she had heard every word of the conversation.
In upcoming scenes, Claudette will ensure that she makes Manpreet’s life a misery, in more ways than one.
When Claudette begins complaining of back pain, Charles is left concerned for his mother’s wellbeing.
Manpreet is left disappointed when he chooses to bail on date night to stay at home and look after her, though her problems are only set to increase.
With tensions already high between Manpreet and Claudette, Manpreet begins to become suspicious about Claudette’s back pain, and whether she’s actually telling the truth.
