The paper says reflects “the shocking state of lawless Britain after 13 years of Conservative rule”. It says store thefts are “out of control”.
The front page reports on the arrests of Sara Sharif’s father, stepmother and uncle. The 10-year-old girl was found dead in her Surrey home in August, the day before the trio had fled to Pakistan. They arrived back in Britain recently and were arrested on murder charges.
