TWO TEENS CHARGED AND TWO ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE STABBING DEATH OF BOY,14, OUTSIDE HIS SCHOOL IN CANADA
CNN reports two teenagers have been charged with first-degree murder, and two more arrested on Tuesday in connection with the stabbing of Devan Selvey, 14, outside his school in Ontario, Canada. A 14-year-old boy and an 18-year-old boy have been charged and appeared in court. A boy and a girl, both 16 remain in custody as authorities investigate their involvement. Police believe they have found the weapon and confirmed they have video footage of the incident.

TURKEY DISMISSES US THREATS, AMASSES TROOPS ON SYRIAN BORDER
France 24 reports Turkey said on Tuesday it will go ahead with a military operation in northeastern Syria and won’t bow to threats over its Syria plans in an apparent reply to President Trump’s Twitter warning. Earlier in the week, President Trump announced the US would step aside for an expected Turkish attack on Syrian Kurdish fighters, who have fought alongside US troops for years. But he then threatened to “totally destroy and obliterate” Turkey’s economy if they go too far. Turkey has been building up reinforcements on its side of the border in preparation for an assault. Dozens of military vehicles, including trucks carrying armoured personnel carriers and tanks, were seen driving towards the border town of Akcakale.

19 CARS BURNED, BARBERSHOP ROCKED BY AN EXPLOSION IN STOCKHOLM SUBURB
RT News says at least 19 cars have been torched in the northern Stockholm suburb of Marsta and a small explosive device detonated near a local barbershop. No suspects have been detained so far. At present, police are unable to find a connection between the cars and the barbershop and are treating them as two separate incidents. Car attacks have plagued Sweden for the last few years as crime rates soar. Authorities believe poverty and high crime has created breeding grounds for gang violence and extremism.
