Tucker Carlson was forced to toe the Fox agenda on his show. records show his fiery exchanges with his editors at Fox, who forced him to propel his propaganda.
Justin Wells, Carlson’s executive producer, is also leaving the network, Semafor reported.
Murdoch was also concerned by Carlson’s embrace of the idea that the January 6 attack on Congress was instigated by the government. On Sunday, CBS 60 Minutes broadcast a segment on Ray Epps, a Texas man Carlson has falsely accused of being an FBI plant at the Capitol.

In the lawsuit, Dominion argued that its business was harmed by Fox spreading false claims its machines were rigged against Mr. Trump.

It’s evident that he has a voice that resonates with Republicans across the country. His hugely popular persona will command a rival’s spot.
Fox News’ competitors were quick to capitalize on Carlson’s departure.
One rival network, Newsmax, said it had successfully attracted viewers from Fox News in recent months and Carlson’s departure “will only fuel that trend”.
The statement by Fox News said the last episode of Carlson’s program was Friday. Beginning on Monday, the 8pm ET slot will be hosted by a rotation of personalities until the selection of a new permanent host, the network said.
One way that Carlson’s departure could affect Fox News financially is in its upcoming negotiations with cable networks over lucrative so-called carriage fees – paid to Fox by cable firms for carrying its network.
These fees are critical to the company’s bottom line and it now enters negotiations with a vacancy in its most prominent time slot.
