Remember Little Ant and Dec from Saturday Night Takeaway? Well, they’re not so little anymore…
Now in their twenties, the former child stars are fully grown men, worlds away from their days causing chaos on TV.
Little Ant (James Pallister) and Little Dec (Dylan McKenna-Redshaw) played Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly’s younger counterparts on their hit ITV show.
They were forever making cheeky jokes and even interviewed big stars, from the Beckhams to former Prime Minister Tony Blair, and from Katie Price to Will Smith.
Little Ant and Dec even once met Diana Ross, who they serenaded with a version of Geordie anthem Fog on the Tyne.
The last time they were seen on screen was in 2006, as a growth spurt and, yanno, general biology, meant they no longer lived up to their ‘little’ names.

In 2010, they were replaced by Neil Overend and Haydn Reid, who were aged five and six.
As for what they’re up to now, well, Little Ant has headed in a rather different direction.
Now 28, James works as an RAC patrolman and has done since 2015.
He also has a family of his own now, as he works across the Sunderland and Durham area and lives in Chester-le-Street with fiancé Nicole and their two young sons.
James previously said that he ‘absolutely loves’ his job and was even the proud face of RAC patrol recruitment, meaning a 70-foot photo of him appeared on the side of the firm’s HQ in the West Midlands.

Speaking about his life after childhood fame, he said via The Sun: ‘I absolutely love my job. There’s nothing better than being out on the roads helping people who have broken down.
‘I really pride myself on being able to fix most of the cars I go out to.’
As for Little Dec, Dylan is also still living in the North East.
He started his own nutrition business, helping people with weight loss, muscle gain, and sports performance.
Dylan even shared a picture of himself enjoying a beer with Big Ant and Dec during a 2013 reunion.
And that isn’t the first time they’ve reunited.

Unsurprisingly, Ant, 46, and Dec, 47, were shocked at how much they’ve grown.
At the start of this year, they met up, with Dylan saying of the reunion: ‘They were shocked when they saw us, it’s been a few years since we have caught up and we are much taller!’
‘Times have changed,’ added James.
‘I don’t think I look like a Little Ant now but I really enjoyed the experience and it’s something I’ll never forget.’

Meanwhile, Ant and Dec have since announced that the next series of Takeaway be their last for a while as they take a break.
‘The show takes up such a lot of our year we just feel we need a little bit of a breather and that the show is going to take a little bit of a rest,’ they said in a video update shared with fans this week.
‘We love making Saturday Night Takeaway, but reaching the milestone of 20 series seemed like the perfect time to pause for a little while and catch our breath,’ they added.
