Going underground? Think again… (Picture: Rex)
Commuters are set to face more misery today as London’s tube strikes are set to go ahead.
The capital has been hit with an abundance of TFL strikes in recent months, as workers dispute over jobs, pensions and working conditions.
Other London Transport services such as the overground and the DLR are also likely to be affected by the knock-on effect of today’s strikes.
Train strikes were also set to take place on various dates last week, but were cancelled last minute after the RMT secured talks with Network rail.
But how long will today’s strikes last?
Here’s all you need to know.

London underground workers will strike for 24 hours, on Thursday November 10.
The official restart time for tube services is 8am on Friday – however, disruption is expected to carry on until mid-morning.
There will be no or limited trains running during this time and passengers have been advised by TFL not to travel via the underground.
Which other services will be affected?
Today’s tube strikes are likely to have a knock-on effect on other Transport for London services.
TFL has warned that although other services will be running, they may be extremely busy or subject to last minute changes.
Here’s a breakdown of how the other services will be running.

How best to get around London during the tube strikes
Walking and cycling are the best ways to get around London during today’s strikes.
Much of Zone One is walkable and you are never more than 600m from a Santander Cycle hire point in central London.
In some London Boroughs, such as Camden and Westminster, you can also hire e-scooters.
