Nottinghamshire Police are desperately searching for a little girl, thought to be around 5-years-old, who was seen walking the streets by herself at midnight dressed in a Disney onesie.

The police were called around 11:55 pm on Thursday after the girl was seen on Tuxford Road, in Ollerton.

  • Girl, thought to be around 5, seen walking streets by herself at midnight
  • Described as white, with short blonde or brown shoulder-length hair, and wearing a Disney onesie.
  • Police launched a search but have little information to go off
  • Asking anyone with information is asked to call 101

Officers are carrying out door-to-door inquires and using drones and sniffer dogs to help in the search for her.

The girl is described as white, with short blonde or brown shoulder-length hair, and wearing a Disney-style onesie.

Inspector Hayley Crawford of Nottinghamshire Police said: “Reports of this nature are something the force take hugely seriously and we have a lot of resources in Ollerton to help with the search.

“It was reported by a member of the public who rang the force that the girl wasn’t distressed in any way, however it’s important we know that she is safe. Sadly we don’t have too much information or a picture of the girl at this stage.

“Also, if your child is of this age, from the area and wears a Disney-Onesie please call the force immediately.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident 1032 of 3 June, 2021.
