‘BIASED SPEAKER’ BERCOW QUITS AS TORIES BRAND HIS ‘NAUSEATING W****R’
The Sun says angry Tory Brexiteers have slammed ‘biased’ John Bercow as “nauseating” after the Speaker broke down in tears as he announced he was quitting. Bercow, a Remainer and known for his eccentric outbursts in the Commons said he will resign as a Tory MP if Boris gets a national poll. Boris and team believe the speaker attempted to block Brexit. And he’ll be the first speaker in 230 years not to be offered a peerage when he steps down. One Government source told Buzzfeed: “Bercow thinks he’ll walk away as a hero, when most people in the country don’t know who he is and those that do think he’s a nauseating w*****r.”

MET POLICE OFFICERS INVESTIGATED AFTER RACIST, HOMOPHOBIC AND MISOGYNISTIC MESSAGES ARE ACCIDENTALLY REVEALED
The Independent reports five officers from the Met Police are being investigated after racist, misogynistic and homophobic messages were “accidentally disclosed.” The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said one of the officers’ phones were found during a search of a suspect’s premises in Surrey. The officer was not involved in the Surrey Police investigation. But messages and recordings uncovered on the phone could amount to misconduct. According to investigators, messages between the five officers spanned from 2009 to 2011. And suggested that they “hold discriminatory beliefs.” In addition, the phone also contained videos and audio files that appeared to be secret recordings of interactions between the officers and the public.

MAY: CRICKETERS AND POLICE CHIEF GET EX-PM’S HONOURS
BBC News says Former cricketers Geoffrey Boycott and Andrew Strauss have been knighted in Theresa May’s resignation honours list. Most of the 57 on the list are political figures but former PM May also made the fist female Met Police Commissioner, a dame. And her no 10 housekeeper and Chequers head chef are awarded British Empire Medals. On the list of 37 men and 20 women were lifelong supporters of the Conservative Party.
