It was a very different kind of blue Monday on This Morning as a sex expert shared some tips on achieving orgasms with the mind.
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were joined by Karolin Tsarski as she opened up on her experiences after studying tantra and other ancient teachings to help her reach orgasm by only using her mind.
That’s one way to blow off the new year cobwebs, and she incident the key to getting there is by simply relaxing and to actually stop having sex.
‘That is my recommendation, the penetrative, classical sex. Focus on intimacy, focus on pleasure, don’t focus on the goal of reaching the penetration or orgasm,’ she explained.
‘Just enjoy, and then you can expand. We have a very limited way of how we think of sex. If we expand it, there’s a whole other world out there.’
Karolin insisted there is no ‘magic button’ to reach this next level, but she encouraged people to relax.

‘Relaxation, that is the key word in enjoying sex and having orgasms. We just need to find, where’s the tension? Is it maybe somewhere outside the bedroom think maybe its finances, relationship or body image, or this whole tension of speed,’ she continued
‘You need to relax it. The only thing I do in going into the orgasm, is I relax. I don’t think, I don’t press a magic button, but it took me many years to learn how to relax.’
Early in her sex life, Karolin ‘didn’t know how to enjoy it’ and felt like she had a ‘big weight on her shoulder’ before studying helped open doors and broaden her mind.

‘I had a really positive experience in my first workshop,’ she added. ‘All I wanted is to enjoy sex.’
She had ‘many years of trying to reach some kind of deeper or longer lasting orgasm’, noting that while she had ‘intense’ pleasure before, her orgasms were ‘really short’.
She finally found just what she was looking for during a class, although she joked she ‘cant remember what was going on’ in the room at the time.
She said it can happened ‘like that’ as she clicked her fingers, and noted she can ‘stay’ in the experience for as long as she wants, and only ends the orgasm when she feels like it, while she noted it’s something men and women can practice.
She also insisted it’s not a replacement for a partner, and shouldn’t leave people feeling intimidated.
‘[Sex is] very different with a partner, a partner gives so much. I never have it on my own when I’m with a partner, it’s an experience with two people. It’s much more satisfying for me to share,’ she said.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
