A Marks and Spencer executive has admitted dealing drugs at a nightclub after she was caught with cocaine and ecstasy pills stuffed down her bra.
Charlotte Fennessy, 22, who works in marketing and social media, was arrested at Fabric in central London days before Christmas last year.
Stephen Wells, prosecuting, said: ‘On December 19 last year the defendant arrived at the nightclub with a group of friends.
‘She was searched in the usual way by security and they found a bag containing 60 pills concealed behind one of her bra straps.’
Southwark Crown Court heard the pills were MDMA, while Fennessy also had 331 milligrams of cocaine for her personal use.
Andrew Cohen, defending, said: ‘This is a young woman, a university graduate, very focused. She has worked throughout her life.
‘She succeeded very well at university, and she has a good job now. This behaviour is completely out of character. This hasn’t happened before and is unlikely to happen again.
‘This is clearly someone who is not a criminal and finds herself in this situation. This has been horrifying for her friends and family, and horrifying for her.
‘This whole business has weighed very heavily on her.’

The judge, Mr Recorder John Ryder told Fennessy: ‘You were immediately cooperative. You are now usefully and successfully employed.
‘I have no doubt that you have suffered tremendous anxiety as a result of this. You are not going to prison, either immediately or by way of a suspended sentence.
‘I think you made a mistake and a very serious one. You have likely learned an immense amount from it.’
Fennessy, of Aylesford, Kent, was given a 12-month community order.
She will also have to complete 80 hours unpaid work and pay a total of £340 in prosecution costs and victim surcharge.
Fennessy admitted one count of possession of MDMA with intent to supply, and one count of possession of cocaine.
On her LinkedIn profile she says: ‘I am a 22 year old Fashion Marketing & Communications (BA Hons) graduate working as a Social Media Marketing Executive at M&S.’
