A man allegedly shot his roommate in the buttocks for eating the last Hot Pocket.
Clifton Williams, 64, started throwing tiles at his roommate after finding out that there were no more of the microwaveable turnovers left, police said. Their argument on Saturday night turned violent.
‘Williams was mad because the man had eaten the last Hot Pocket,’ WLKY reported based off court records.
The roommate told cops that he attempted to ‘beat his ass’ but that only made Williams angrier, according to the Daily Mail.

Then the roommate tried to flee the home on Hathaway Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky, but Williams grabbed a gun, according to arrest slips obtained by the TV station.
‘Don’t shoot!’ the roommate told cops that he yelled out to Williams.
But Williams ‘shot him in the ass while he was trying to leave’, the victim said.
The roommate managed to go several blocks to Beecher Street to get help and was transported to UofL Hospital. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Williams was arrested by officers with the Louisville Metro Police Department on Sunday and charged with second-degree assault. His bond was set at $7,500.
He has been ordered not to make contact with his roommate or possess any firearms. Williams has pleaded not guilty.
The roommate’s identity was not immediately released.
It is not the only violent encounter between roommates.
In December, a 17-year-old boy allegedly shot dead his roommate and co-worker as she removed Christmas decorations in their home. Cayman Wilson and another boy his same age were at the home they shared with the victim, Marissa Dikeman, 19, at the time of the incident. Both boys were reportedly helping Dikeman take down decorations when Wilson pointed a gun at her and fired, according to investigators.
Wilson was charged with manslaughter, while the other teenage boy was not charged.
