If you’ve still got some Christmas shopping to do, then you might want to get yourself down to your nearest branch of Lidl pronto!

That’s because the budget supermarket is having a huge sale in its middle aisle, with the prices of all items (except food) slashed in half.

Shoppers are able to get 50% off a number of toys, clothing, homeware and must-have appliances like air fryers and waffle makers.

One eagle-eyed Lidl customer took to Facebook to share news of the sale, posting a snap of a large sign in-store on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group.

The sign reads: ‘Middle of Lidl. 50% OFF Everything (from waffle makers to onesies). SALE NOW ON!’

However, if you want to take advantage of the price cuts, you’ll have to be quick as the deals are only on for a few more days.

The ‘magical’ Middle of Lidl sale began on December 4, and ends on December 8, according to the supermarket.

Hundreds of people have since liked the social media post, with many taking to the comments to share that they had ‘got their bargains’.

‘Quick, quick, quick’ one person replied.

Another shared a list of what they bought, writing: ‘Official LEGO storage, Minecraft Nerf weapons, the cluster Christmas lights are gorgeous and loads of 5m tinsel… and not to forget really thick slipper socks for men (for myself) well chuffed with my bargains.’

While a different user was ‘buzzing’ over their haul, adding: ‘Silent night quilt, massive fleecey blanket/throw, beautiful smelling Xmas candles, harry potter PJs.. I’m buzzing!!’

Over on the Lidl website, the supermarket has also shared a few other items you’ll be able to get for half price in the sale.

They said: ‘Cruise down our Middle of Lidl aisle for household kit you never knew you needed. From Parkside tools and Livarno outdoor furniture to nifty additions for your kitchen and bathroom – all at great prices, of course!

‘Our Middle of Lidl products change regularly, so get them while they last! What will you take home on your next Lidl shop?’

As well as this sale, Lidl will also have a number of other offers in their stores soon, including discounts on Christmas toys as part of their Big Toy Event, which starts on December 10. They als have kitchen items on offer from Sunday, and prices slashed on festive florals from December 7.
