Kelly Brook opened up about her past body image struggles and we are so here for what she had to say.
The model has been storming runways and red carpets since the 90s but confessed it’s only since her recent wedding to Jeremy Parisi that she’s felt truly comfortable in her own skin.
Kelly, who used to be a size 10 but is now content with her size 12 shape, went as far as to say that she was ‘miserable’ at her skinniest.
The British modelling icon, 43 said: ‘As someone who has been pictured pretty much every day of their lives, I can see the evidence of unhappy times — I look at pictures and go, “Oh, I was really skinny then”, then remember it was because something had happened.’
Kelly went on: ‘When you go through break-ups and things like that, it really impacts your diet, and some of my skinniest times were also some of my most miserable.’
But the radio presenter said her marriage to beau Jeremy, 37, has proved that her days of low self-esteem are firmly in the past, adding to The Sun: ‘It’s no coincidence I’m the happiest with my body now I’m married, I love my job, I love my colleagues, I’m older and everyone in my family seems to be healthy, touch wood.’

‘Getting married changes everything. It’s so nice. I feel like we’re family, not just girlfriend and boyfriend,’ Kelly sweetly said.
The lovebirds tied the knot last summer in Italy at the beautiful Villa Nota Pisani.
Kelly shared an insight into the big day with her fans, revealing on social media that singer Maurizio Marchini has serenaded them beautifully at the reception.
In another clip posted by the newlywed, she and Jeremy could be seen dancing to Mary Wells’ My Guy while fireworks exploded in the background.
A source previously told The Sun of the couple’s big day: ‘Kelly has thrown the kitchen sink at her wedding and it’s turning into quite an extravagant affair.
‘She has booked the Villa Nota Pisani in central Italy for the ceremony and reception. It is a beautiful location and they fell in love with it as soon as they saw it.’

The pair met in 2014 after Kelly saw Jeremy in an Instagram video and slid into his DMs.
Kelly has kept her relationship mostly out of the spotlight, but she did share a glimpse into their romance after celebrating their seventh anniversary in 2021, saying on her Heart FM Drivetime Show: ‘He put together a really lovely photo album of all his favourite pictures and moments. He’s done it every year for the past seven years.’
