Walt Disney Co has sued Florida’s Republican governor and possible 2024 presidential candidate Ron DeSantis.
The company on Wednesday asked a court to overturn the state’s efforts to control its Walt Disney World theme parks in Orlando.
Disney accuses DeSantis of ‘weaponizing’ his power to politically publish the company.
