Flights diverted as New Dehli chokes on heavy pollution
CNN reports flights to and from New Dehli’s international airport were delayed and diverted on Sunday as pollution reached “unbearable” levels, leaving the Indian capital blanketed with heavy smog.
A total of 37 flights – including at least one international journey – were diverted from the city’s Indira Gandhi International Airport because of poor visibility.
Pollution indexes saw air quality in the Indian capital climb to “hazardous” levels in the city on Sunday. New Dehli has been ranked the most polluted city in the world, according to Greenpeace and AirVisual.

‘How did you kill Jeffery Epstein?’ Hillary Clinton bursts into laughter over dead body joke…again
RT News says in an appearance of the Daily Show, Hillary Clinton was asked to weight in on her role as the arch-nemesis of conservatives, and how – not if – she added Jeffery Epstein to the “Clinton body count” theorised by conspiracy buffs.
“I have to ask you a question that has been plaguing me for a while, how did you kill Jeffery Epstein?” asked host Trevor Noah. Clinton burst out laughing. “You seem to be behind everything nefarious, and yet you do not use [that power] to become president.”

California fires: Trump threatens to pull federal aid funds
BBC News reports President Trump has threatened to cut federal funding for the wildfires sweeping California, in a Twitter spat with the state’s governor.
So far, nearly 100,000 acres have been destroyed by wildfires in recent weeks, and thousands have been forced from their homes. Mr Trump blamed Democratic governor Gavin Newsom, saying he had done a “terrible job of forest management.”
“Every year, as the fire’s (sic) rage & California burns, it is the same thing – and then he comes to the Federal Government for $$$ help. No more, Get your act together Governor,” Trump tweeted.
Mr Newsom, who has been highly critical of Mr Trump’s environmental policies, responded: “You don’t believe in climate change. You are excused from this conversation.”

Labour vows to save free TV licences for over-75s
The Independent says Labour has vowed to save free TV licences for the over-75s if they win the general election. The deputy leader pledged to prevent the controversial cut if the party comes to power on 13 December.
“The Tory decision to scrap free TV licences for the over-75s is utterly callous,” he said. “Four in 10 older people say the TV is their main source of company, but from next year 3.7 million older people will lose their free TV licence.”

Boris Johnson refuses to reveal the naughtiest thing he’s ever done as it would be ‘terminally politically damaging’
The Sun says the PM was asked yesterday to name his most dastardly act after predecessor Theresa May’s infamous declaration during the 2017 race. May sparked ridicule when all she could think of was running through wheat fields as a child.
Boris explained why he would not reveal the naughtiest thing he’s ever done. “Because I would improvise an answer which I had not cleared with my handlers and I would bitterly regret it.”
He added: “If I can think of some answer about the naughtiest thing I’ve ever done that this is both interesting and not terminally politically damaging, I will try and provide it for you next time.”
