North Korea warns US will choose it’s ‘Christmas gift’ if Trump fails to meet the looming nuclear deadline
Fox News says the North Korean foriegn ministry said on Tuesday that Washington would decide what “Christmas gift” it would receive if the US fails to change its “hostile policies” on denuclearisation before the end of the year.
The vice minister of foriegn affairs, who is in charge of relations with the US, warned of the approaching deadline.
He said Trump’s recent calls for more talks is “nothing but a foolish trick hatched to keep the DPRK bound to dialogue and use it in favour of the political situation and election in the US,” Reuters reported.

Gossip boys: Trudeau, BoJo and Macron caught scoffing at Trump on hot mic at NATO summit sidelines
RT News says Canadian PM Justin Trudeau has been filmed bad mouthing President Trump whilst in a chat with Boris Johnson and French President Emmanuel Macron at the NATO reception.
The video shows the three men at Buckingham Palace sharing laughs over Trudeau’s complaints about what is presumably Trump’s signature way with the media and his uncanny ability to take his own staffers aback with off-the-cuff remarks.
“He was late because he takes a 40-minute press conference off the top,” Trudeau was caught saying on a hot mic, apparently responding to Johnson asking about a delay in his schedule.

London Bridge: Usman Khan completed an untested rehabilitation scheme
BBC News says the London Bridge attacker had attended two counter-terrorism programmes that had not been fully tested to see if they were effective.
Khan had been convicted to terrorism offences back in 2012. He had completed two rehabilitation schemes during the eight years he spent in prison and following his release.
The government says such programmes are kept “under constant review.”

Teenager fighting for his life after being shot in North London
The Independent says a teenager is fighting for life in a hospital after being shot in north London.
Shots were heard, and police called at around 8:30 pm on Walterton Road in Maida Hill on Tuesday.
A man in his late teens was found with a gunshot wound, he was taken to hospital and remains in a critical condition.
