Charlotte Dawson has given birth to a baby boy and announce his arrival with a highly relatable and amusing post on social media.
The Celebs Go Dating star had a bit of an early delivery after her waters broke on Friday night, ahead of an anticipated due date for her second son of last week.
Charlotte is already mum to little two-year-old Noah, and she announced earlier this year she and fiancé Matt Sarsfield were expecting another little boy.
After what the TV personality described as ‘a bit of a mad 24 hours’ she finally welcomed her second born in the early hours of Sunday.
Sharing a photo of herself holding her new baby and smiling in a hospital bed, the influencer – who is daughter of legendary comic Les Dawson – wrote: ‘Guys he’s here!!! I can’t believe it!!!’
Explaining her delivery timeline after spending Saturday at home waiting for active labour to begin, Charlotte added: ‘I came in at 1am and I had him by 2:13am.’

‘Can’t wait to update you all as soon as but Matthew has nipped to get me a Maccies & I’m having cuddles,’ the new mum revealed.
However, her next update posted a short while later revealed a mission failure from her partner.
‘He’s turned up with no Maccies ffs,’ she jokingly fumed, with emoji to hammer home her point.
‘But look at my beautiful baby daddy with our boyo. All happened so fast but thank you for being amazing @matt_sarsfield,’ Charlotte continued, showing that there were no hard feelings, as she shared a picture of fiancé Matthew having a cuddle with their new son.

In her last grid post from Saturday night on Instagram, she had uploaded a slew of pictures of herself, Matthew and Noah relaxing in the garden as they waited for their latest family member to put in an appearance.
‘Our last Saturday as a fambo of 3 🥹💙✨🫶🏼 we’ve had the most relaxing chilled quality time together before the madness begins and I’ve loved every minute of it.. [sic],’ shared Charlotte.
‘I’m full of mixed emotions 🥹 especially after my false alarm yday ffs 😅 any minute any day now baby boyo we can’t wait to meet you, I know Noah will be the best big brother 💙[sic],’ she added.
Charlotte and Matthew had headed to the hospital to check all was well after the baby’s movements slowed following the ‘big gush of water’ that came as her hind waters broke.
However, he was encouraged into movement upon inspection thankfully – when ‘the jelly was on the belly’ – causing some mini contractions for his mum.
The doctor also went ‘down there’ to see what the water-breakage situation was, and found it was her ‘back waters’ that broke, not the front ones ‘that pop’.
‘So everything’s fine, no infection or anything,’ Charlotte reassured her followers, but added she had to be careful as there was a risk of infection still.
‘I’m not dilated yet. But she could feel his head,’ the star explained.

‘I just didn’t expect it last night, because I didn’t have any pains or anything. It was really weird these waters breaking, because I just didn’t have any pain. I had bits of pain, and I just had to sit through it,’ she added.
As the hospital was ‘busy’ Charlotte got sent home, ‘still with bumpalicious’ as there was ‘no point waiting around’.
Now less than 24 hours later, they are settling down as a family of four to enjoy the newborn baby bubble.
