Passengers are facing long delays at Bristol Airport
Dozens of flights have been severely delayed at Bristol Airport after a serious car crash on the nearby A38. The police have not confrimed how long this will take to clear up
The airport announced that no flights would take off before 8am on Saturday morning, causing havoc to the departure schedule.
Passengers leaving and arriving at Bristol have been impacted by the incident with a minimum of two-hour delays expected on most flights.

The dealys are still ongoing. Fire crews, ambulance workers and police officers are all on the scene.
Avon Fire and Rescue said crews from Bedminster and Blagdon had made the scene safe by removing sharp objects and cleaning-up a fuel spillage.
The nearby A370 is also closed at Brockley Lane due to roadworks.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We sent three double-crewed land ambulances, an operations officer, a doctor, and an air ambulance and we conveyed one patient by air ambulance to Southmead Hospital.”
