Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter is facing fresh allegations of sexual assault.
The musician, 43, has previously been accused by two women of rape and sexual assault, which he denies, and a third has now filed a suit accusing him of assaulting her when she was a teenager.
On Monday, a woman identified only by the initials AR filed a suit in Las Vegas where she claimed she was sexually assaulted by Carter multiple times in 2003.
At the time she was 15 and he was 22 and 23.
Legal documents obtained by Us Weekly claim Carter provided the teenager with ‘alcohol and drugs’ and assaulted her ‘despite her repeated refusals and requests for him to stop.’
It’s claimed the then-minor told her mother of the alleged assaults, who reported it to law enforcement in Pennsylvania, however Carter did not face charges.

Legal documents claim the anonymous complainant has suffered ‘severe emotional distress, physical anguish, intimacy issues and other complex trauma’ since the alleged assaults.
Carter has denied the new claims, with lawyer Dale Hayes telling TMZ they were ‘ridiculous’ and untrue.
He said AR was ‘repeating the same false allegations’ as previously but it ‘doesn’t make them any more true.’

Carter faces multiple sexual abuse cases, with Dream member Melissa Schuman suing him for allegedly raping her in 2002, and Shannon Ruth saying she was assaulted after he invited her on to the tour bus after a Backstreet Boys show
The former pop star has denied all claims of sexual assault, and in February filed countersuits against both women, claiming they were ‘opportunists’ trying to ‘destroy innocent lives.’
Schuman had reportedly filed to block his legal action, however on Wednesday a Las Vegas judge ruled that the defamation suit could go forward.
His attorney Liane K Wakayama told TMZ the ruling ‘confirms that Nick will be able to pursue that truth to its inevitable conclusion and expose the Schumans’ and their co-conspirators’ deceit and deplorable conduct.’
