Alec Baldwin the case between the producers of Rust and the family of Halyna Hutchins will be dismissed after a settlement was reached with her widow, Matthew Hutchins.

The husband of the late cinematographer Halyna Hutchins confirmed that the wrongful death case against the producers of Rust will be dismissed.
In a statement released on Wednesday, Matthew Hutchins said: “We have reached a settlement, subject to court approval, for our wrongful death case against the producers of Rust, including him and Rust Movie Productions, LLC.
“As part of that settlement, our case will be dismissed.
“The filming of Rust, which I will now executive produce, will resume with all the original principal players on board.
