Kyle Richards has slammed speculation that she took Ozempic to lose weight, blasting the rumors as ‘frustrating’.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills icon turned heads when she shared a snap of herself in a bikini on Instagram, with many heaping praise in the comments below.
However, some suggested that she had secretly taken the diabetic medication, which can dull your appetite.
Addressing the claims on the red carpet at the Red Dress Collection event in New York – for the American Heart Association – the 54-year-old said: ‘I cannot stand people saying that because people that know me know that I’m up every day at like 5.30, 6 a.m. at the latest…
‘I’m in the gym for two hours. I really put a lot of effort into my diet and exercise and taking care of myself, so when people like to think I took the easy way out, it’s really frustrating.
‘Sometimes I turn my cheek the other way and ignore it, but no! I work really hard and it really bothers me, and I would like to be able to be an inspiration to people. So don’t think I took the easy way out. Follow what I’m doing and maybe you’ll see changes.’

Discussing what led to her decision to switch up her routine, the RHOBH star continued to Extra: ‘I always say I’m going to up my game during my New Year’s resolution.
‘But I decided in July, and I was just eating really, really well and exercising every single day, not missing it. No alcohol, sleeping very early, hitting the gym for two hours a day. I’m just doing my best and trying to keep up.’

Just last month, Kyle was forced to clap back at suggestions that she had been using the medication to lose weight.
When one Instagram user commented ‘Ozempic’ under a photo of her, the Halloween star fumed: ‘I am NOT taking Ozempic. Never have.’

After another suggested that her figure was from ‘many visits to the plastic surgeon’, she added: ‘I have never tried Ozempic and this is not from plastic surgery. I did have a breast reduction in May.
‘I’m honest about what I do. But if giving plastic surgery the credit makes you feel better then pop off sister.’
