Understandably, Linda is struggling to cope (Picture: BBC)
Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) has been left heartbroken by the disappearance and presumed death of childhood sweetheart Mick (Danny Dyer) in EastEnders.
Mick met a watery end on Christmas day when he dived into the freezing ocean to save Linda from a sinking car. Little did he know, she had already escaped herself, and was waiting anxiously for him to emerge from the water.
Sadly, he never came up, leaving her and the rest of the Albert Square residents to fear the worst.
Since then, both Linda and Shirley (Linda Henry) have taken some time away from the Square, leaving the keys for the Vic in the seemingly safe hands of Denise (Diane Parish).
However, it isn’t long before Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) gets his hands on them, opening up the pub to throw a summer party, hoping to increase the profits while Linda is away.
Things are going really well until a horrified Linda bursts in and somewhat ruins the party atmosphere.

Distraught, she accuses Alfie and the other Walford residents of not caring about Mick or the fact that he is dead.
Will Alfie be able to make it up to the traumatised landlady, or is this the end of their friendship for good?
