The Masked Singer UK is back on our screens, which means viewers are also back with their theories.

Fawn’s identity had everyone puzzled in episode two, but fans reckon they might have sussed out the character’s identity, believing it to be the one and only Stacey Solomon.

Now, former X Factor star Stacey is thrown around as a guess on every series of The Masked Singer, both by the judges – Rita Ora, Mo Gilligan, Jonathan Ross and Davina McCall – and audiences at home.

Those theories are often based off the voice alone though, but viewers now have what they believe to be concrete evidence to support their claims.

After delivering a stunning performance of Tale As Old As Time from Disney classic Beauty and the Beast, Fawn revealed that they lived in a ‘cottage.’

Picking up on the hint immediately, viewers pieced two and two together, and reckon that ‘cottage’ could be Stacey’s beloved Pickle Cottage, aka her Essex mansion where she lives with husband Joe Swash and their children.

‘Every year people are always guessing Stacey Solomon and I always say nope definitely not, she’s got a great voice… until now! Fawn definitely could be her!’, one person tweeted.

Another tweeted: ‘#Fawn Stacey Solomon #TheMaskedSingerUK she lives in pickle cottage and cottage a clue and Stacey got a incredible voice’.

’Stacey Solomon as Fawn??? Alluding to Pickle Cottage??’, suggested another.

Not everyone was convinced, though, given that Stacey is currently eight months pregnant, and not exactly up to belting out tunes underneath a Fawn mask for a live audience.

However, given that the show was filmed last year, there’s still a possibility that Stacey could be the one underneath.

‘It would have had to be filmed a good while ago as she’s pregnant now!!’, one argued.

Time will tell, but Fawn’s mask is remaining firming on for now, after she won her battle against Jacket Potato.
