Still staring at the turkey leftovers from Christmas Day sitting in your fridge?
Fear not, we can offer you a Christmas dinner toastie with all the trimmings – thanks to a woman on TikTok.
Foodie @emilyscooking_ has shared a delicious yet simple air fryer sandwich recipe – which she calls a ‘mega toastie’ – that’s racked up more than 800,000 views on the platform so far.
On her Instagram, Emily wrote: ‘Every Christmas I always cook extra so I don’t have to cook for a few days, that way I can enjoy the festive season rather than being in the kitchen.
‘There’s always a competition with the best Christmas sandwich and I’ve tried many – but nothing beats this beast.
‘There’s no order in how you assemble it but one thing that is a must is the extra slice of bread in the middle, drenched in gravy.
‘It makes this toastie extra delicious and tasty.’
