A headteacher is set to be banned for at least three years after repeatedly going to work drunk or hungover and making inappropriate comments.
Jeremy Tucker, 64, was suspended from the Acorn Free School, in Lincoln, four years ago after concerns were raised about his behaviour.
A Teaching Regulation Agency disciplinary panel heard in one incident in October 2018, he said: ‘Hey miss, you’ve got big t**s and I’d love to suck on them.’
He used it as a ‘demonstration’ of how making sexualised comments to staff would not be considered ‘banter’ – but left pupils shocked.
Mr Tucker made the comment during an assembly to roughly 20 pupils on the topic of keeping children safe in education.
The panel said the conduct of the teacher, who was head for six years from 2013, was not sexually motivated.
But it heard how Mr Tucker often arrived at school smelling of alcohol and with bloodshot eyes.
One witness claimed he kept bottles of aftershave, mints and chewing gum on a shelf above his desk.
They added he would use these items, or chew on raw bulbs of garlic, when Ofsted came to visit.
The panel was also told Mr Tucker would appear at school looking dishevelled – often unshaven with his shirt untucked and crumpled.
Witnesses also said they found his golf bag in the PE store with empty bottles of vodka in it.
He was accused of swearing at pupils and putting them at risk of injury or harm by flipping tables near them.
He also allowed pupils in the food technology room and mechanical engineering room without proper supervision.
In other incidents, Mr Tucker mocked pupils with a patronising tone and said ‘stop being an a***hole’.
He told a misbehaving pupil: ‘I’m going to knock your head off and s**t down your throat.’

One time another student said: ‘I am not being funny or owt but you looked chunked out of your bean.’
Mr Tucker asked him what that meant, and the pupil responded: ‘Red eyed and stoned.’
The headteacher replied: ‘I can assure you I am not.’
The teacher confirmed he made the comment in the assembly, but admitted he could not remember many of the other incidents.
Mr Tucker left his job in 2019 after an agreement about his role was reached.
The disciplinary panel has now recommended he should be banned from teaching for at least the next three years.
