The Home Office has shortlisted more than 5,600 illegal migrants for deportation flights to Rwanda, according to the Daily Express.
An internal Home Office document – seen by the Daily Express newspaper – states “5,664 individuals are currently in scope for potential inclusion for relocation to Rwanda”, the paper says in its lead story. The tabloid also claims despite being defeated in the Supreme Court and facing a showdown with the House of Lords, the Government is laying the groundwork for the first flights to take off.
Elsewhere, Queen Camilla is pictured at the top of the paper remarking that her husband is doing well after his stint in hospital over the weekend.
