US President-elect Joe Biden has made an impassioned TV address, calling the violent protest at Capitol Hill by Trump supporters as “an assault on democracy…like few times we’ve ever seen it.”

President Donald Trump has told supporters he will “never concede” the 2020 US election but urged his supporters to go home and stop hurting the democratic process.

In a flurry of Twitter activity, Americans have been calling for President Donald Trump and Ivanka to be impeached for the actions that have taken place in Capitol Hill. Earlier Ivanka Tweeted and called the protestors ‘American Patriots’ and has since vanished from Twitter.
