If you can’t wait another few months till Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, you can at least buy its predecessor for a reduced price this month.
If you have somehow still never played The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild, in the nearly six years it’s been out, Nintendo’s given you a reason to finally check it out.
In the wake of last night’s Nintendo Direct and the newest trailer for the sequel, The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, Nintendo is selling its predecessor at a discount of 30%.
So, instead of the usual £59.99, you can purchase what is arguably the best Zelda game ever made for £41.99.
This only applies to the digital version of the game, though, with physical copies still at full price on Nintendo’s website.
However, the expansion pass and the bundle that contains the game and expansion pass are discounted. The expansion pass on its own is £12.59, instead of £17.99, while the bundle has gone down from £76.98 to £54.58.
If you’d much rather get a physical copy, Amazon is selling it at a similar reduction, although it’s £44.99 there, making it just a tad more expensive.

As a heads up, Nintendo’s offer will end on February 19, so you only have 10 days to take advantage of the discount.
As for Tears Of The Kingdom, it’s surprisingly not available to pre-order on Nintendo’s own website yet, but you should be able to do so via other retailers like GAME and Argos.

You’ll also be pleased to know that the sequel will not cost £70, as was previously suspected, as it’s still priced at £59.99… at least in the UK.
US fans will need to pay $70 for it when it launches, making it the first Nintendo Switch game to be priced as such. Apparently future titles will be priced on a case by case basis but so far there have been no price rises in Europe.
