Like many others, former Love Island contestant Zara McDermott was watching on at home as the new season started, and she quickly noticed that ladies man Kai Fagan had some similar qualities to her ex-Adam Collard.
Zara, 26, signed up for the fourth season of the reality dating series in 2018, where she entered the villa as a bombshell.
She coupled up with Adam, however, was dumped 10 days later.
He returned to the show last year, coupling up with Paige Thorne, however, they broke up two months after filming wrapped after cheating rumours emerged.
So, when watching the premiere episode play out and seeing schoolteacher Kai, 24, already find himself very popular with the ladies, Zara couldn’t help but comment on how he might cause some chaos.
‘Is this Adam Collard reincarnated?!’ she posted on her Instagram stories alongside a video of Kai.

Three women expressed their interest in the Islander, with Anna-May Robey, 20, choosing him at the start.
However, when Olivia Hawkins, 27, entered the South African Villa she chose to couple up with him.
But stealing him didn’t last long, after Tanyel Revan, 26 walked in, and Kai then stepped forward to make clear he was keen on her.

Although Kai used to say he wanted to find a ‘wifey for lifey’, he later told the other boys in the bedroom at the end of the first day that he was ‘gonna talk to all of them (girls)’.
While the boys celebrated him for having three ladies show interest, he did add that he felt slightly insecure, saying they would realise ‘how f***ing boring I am’ when they chatted.

Before entering the Villa, Kai said he was ready to embrace all the raunchy challenges to come his way but might also forget about the fact the cameras are there.
When asked about how far he’ll flirt with the girls, he said: ‘I can’t say right now whether I’m going to… I feel like after a while of being in the villa, you probably forget that you’re getting recorded. If stuff happens, stuff happens, doesn’t it.’
While Adam and Zara weren’t coupled up by the time they both left the show, they ended up dating for nearly eight months after, however they broke up in 2019.
Announcing their split, Zara labelled their relationship ‘toxic’.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
