Britain’s biggest Yorkshire pudding addict has revealed he’s in the ‘best shape’ following his unorthodox diet.
Jake Farrar, 25, hit the headlines when he confessed he’s obsessed with the roast dinner staple and eats up to 20 of the battered treats a day.
While the Middlesborough lad doesn’t often make his own, preferring brand Aunt Bessie’s, he whips up unusual creations, including Yorkshire pudding burritos, for his TikTok fans.
Despite chowing down on Yorkies daily, and sometimes having a three-course meal based on the British classic, the regime has kept Jake trim and even helped him to lose weight.
The social media sensation appeared on Friday’s This Morning during which he discussed the virtues of Yorkshire puddings with hosts Alison Hammond, 47, and Dermot O’Leary, 49.
After showing off some of his recipes, which included a pie made from the baked delight, national treasure Alison said he was ‘selling the Yorkshire pudding life to me’ when she saw it could be varied.

Meanwhile, Dermot said: ‘I don’t want to be the party pooper, but do you have your five a day and stuff as well?’
Jake replied: ‘I will say I’m in the best shape I’ve been because over the past year I’ve lost five stone.’
Thrilled Alison remarked: ‘Look at that! Eat Yorkshire puddings and loose weight.’

It had previously been reported that Jake, who boasts to have eaten 146,000 of the battered bites in his lifetime, had set himself a yuletide challenge.
While it had been believed Jake would chow down on 600 yorkies between Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, he set the record straight on the daytime chat show.

Jake said the figure had been ‘exaggerated’ and instead is more likely to eat 200 of the them over the festive period.
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
