The Hayya card is a fan ID card and allows ticket holders entry to Qatar and the stadiums. It will give you access to metro and bus transportation services on match days.
All visitors entering Qatar and attending matches need a Hayya card. It is also mandatory for children and those under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian apply on their behalf.

To apply for a Hayya card, fans need to register for an account. During the registration, fans will be asked or a match ticket application number as well as personal information such as passport details and home address.
International visitors will need to provide hotel/ accommodation details and share an emergency contact.
A passport-style photo in digital format must be submitted in order to complete the application.
International visitors need to wait for around five days for their application to be approved while those within the country can expect to wait for around 3 days.
