France and Argentina meet in the biggest game in football with Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi looking to write their names into history in the World Cup final.

In the days heading into the last game in Qatar, Les Blues have battled a sickness bug in the camp and while it hasn’t quite had the drama of Ronaldo in 1998, it has hardly been ideal preparation for Didier Deschamps and his staff.

As have been the case throughout the competition, all eyes will be on Messi, with the legendary no10 looking to match Diego Maradona’s feats for La Albiceleste and deliver World Cup glory.
