Wimbledon school crash: Arrested woman re-bailed
A woman, 46, who was arrested in connection with the car crash at a Wimbledon school – in which two children were killed – has been re-bailed until September, the Met says.
Two eight-year-old girls – Selena Lau and Nuria Sajjad – died after a Land Rover crashed through the school fence and into the school on 6 July.
Several people were taken to hospital including a seven-month-old girl. All have since been discharged according to police.
The investigation is ongoing.
The woman, 46, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after the crash.
