Two mothers are organizing a fundraising event for cancer, to support parents facing similar challenges, aiming to raise thousands for their causes.

Two mums both want to help parents going through similar experiences and are staging a big event to raise thousands for their causes

Both mums lost their children to tragic battles with cancer and having experienced first hand what is needed, they aim to help other parents in the same predicament.

    Funding life saving treatment

Katy lost three-year-old Joseph two days after Christmas in 2021 and she has since linked up with another mum, Gemma Lowery, who lost six year-old Bradley in 2017, to deal with their lifelong grief by funding life saving treatment and equipment for other sick children.

This weekend they are bringing thousands of people together for a charity Wales v England football match in Swansea.

Both boys had Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer. Despite their mothers’ relentless efforts and fundraising to access the bivalent cancer vaccine in New York, tragically, neither Joseph nor Bradley could make the journey.
