When it comes to love, it’s the little things that count.
And now a therapist on TikTok has come up with an easy test to see if you know the small details about your partner that indicate your relationship is healthy.
Licensed marriage and family therapist Lauren Consul came up with ten questions – if you can answer the majority of them, then you’re doing something right.
Apparently, it means you’re paying close attention to not only the big things but the little things too, like how they like their eggs in the morning, or their favourite drink.
Lauren Consul shared her questions in a TikTok video. Her page is full of snappy relationship advice, from eight small but toxic things to stop saying to your partner, to what not to say during an argument.

Research shows that small gestures of love, affection and thoughtfulness can help build emotional security and intimacy.
They may actually be more meaningful than the grand gestures of love, because they show you are constant, genuine reminders that someone thinks and cares about you.
Can you answer these 10 questions about your partner?
What would your partner consider to be a big purchase?
What was their dream job in elementary (primary) school?
If you were to arrive at a bar before your partner what would they want you to order for them?
How frequently would your partner ideally like to be having sex?
What is something that they are very self-conscious about?
How do they like their toilet paper, over or under?
What is their biggest tell that they are stressed out?
How do they like you to flirt with them?
What is one of the biggest stressors in their life right now?
The first question on Lauren’s list is about how your partner likes their eggs cooked – after all, you can’t make them breakfast in bed if you don’t know this key info.
It’s apparently also important to know what their favourite drink is, so that if you arrive at a bar first, you can order it for them, helping them to quickly unwind when they turn up.

Of course, if you don’t know the answers, it doesn’t mean the relationship is dead in the water. It just means this is the perfect time to find out. Here’s the other questions, FYI.
