The Traitors star Amanda Lovett has reached out to Theo Mayne with a sweet message after brutally banishing him from the show.
During last night’s episode of the riveting BBC programme, Amos became the latest contestant to be murdered by Traitors Will and Amanda.
He wasn’t the only competitor to depart the castle, as later on, the participants regrouped for a roundtable meeting to discuss their latest suspicions, with a vote deciding who would receive the chop.
In a previous challenge, they were all asked to say who they trusted 100%, with Amanda saying she placed all of her faith in Theo.
Therefore, when Amanda wrote Theo’s name on her board at the roundtable, it was extremely shocking for everyone in attendance, as well as viewers at home.
Her vote added to the total tally resulting in Theo’s banishment, who sobbed as he left the room, having been left with his jaw on the ground when Amanda revealed her decision.

On Instagram, Amanda said in a post that it was the ‘hardest decision I had to make’, having forged a strong connection with Theo on the show before his departure.
She shared two photos of herself with Theo, set to background music of Whitney Houston’s I Will Always Love You.
The Traitors stars sure do always know how to amp up the drama.
In his own Instagram post after his exit, Theo wrote: ‘I just want to say a massive thank you. The experience was phenomenal and 100% believe it was my time to go.
‘The support that keeps coming through is amazing. Please bare with me I will try to get back to everyone when I can!’
The cheerleading coach also teased with fans to ‘watch this space’, because he’ll be ‘on your TV screens more’.
‘We need more diversity and fresh faces on our screens! We are all different, we are all unique and we should all be proud of who we are!’ he said.
This week, Theo broke down in tears at an emotional dinner after opening up about feeling ‘accepted’ as a gay man by his co-stars.
‘It’s never easy being gay. We’re in a modern world and it’s still really tough. A big thing knowing that you can accepted no matter what. It just goes to show you can be yourself and a bunch of strangers will accept you,’ he said.
Theo also described Kieran as ‘like a father figure’, saying he’d ‘never had that in my life’, before the pair shared a hug.
The Traitors returns on Tuesday at 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
