The Brady Bunch house has hit the market again after undergoing an extensive renovation to transform it into a replica of the one used in the iconic series.
Running for five seasons between 1969 and 1974, the American sitcom followed a blended family of two parents and their six kids.
While the house, which was built in 1969, was only used for exterior shots for the series, in 2018 it was purchased by cable network HGTV, who famously outbid NYSYNC’s Lance Bass who was a superfan of the series.
After purchasing the home for triple its asking price, the network then began renovations to recreate the interior to match the rooms that had been created and filmed in a studio.
The six actors who played the kids, Greg (Barry Williams), Peter (Christopher Knight), and Bobby (Mike Lookinland), Marcia (Maureen McCormick), Jan (Eve Plumb), and Cindy (Susan Olsen) all helped out with the transformation as well, which was captured by the cameras for the reunion event A Very Brady Renovation.
Now the house is up for grabs again, with an asking price of $5.5 million (£4.5 million).

The Los Angeles property, which is located in the Studio City neighbourhood has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
As part of the renovation, $1.9 million (£1.5 million) was poured into the home, with 2,000 square feet added to the property’s original footprint, including a full second story.
‘Standout features in the completed home include the iconic floating staircase, the burnt orange-and-avocado green kitchen, the kids’ Jack-n-Jill bathroom and a backyard with a swing set, teeter totter and Tiger’s dog house,’ the network said in a statement about the house being put up for sale.

Potential buyers will likely be super fans of the series or fans of the 1970s décor, which features throughout the home.
Once the home sells, HGTV plans to donate a portion of the proceeds to Turn Up! Fight Hunger, an initiative through No Kid Hungry, to fund up to 250,000 meals for children living with hunger.
When the house was last up for sale in five years ago, Lance first announced himself as the winning bidder, but HGTV actually ended up closing the deal three weeks after the first showing.
After saying it had been a ‘dream come true’ to purchase the home, Lance said he had been left ‘heartbroken’ after being told by the estate agent a ‘corporate buyer wanted the house at any cost’.

‘This was a dream come true for me and I spent the night celebrating amongst friends, family, and fans alike,’ he said before revealing he had missed out.
