That ’70s Show actor Danny Masterson has been found guilty on two criminal counts in his sexual assault retrial.
Masterson, 46, was charged with the rape of three women, including a former girlfriend, in his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003.
He pleaded not guilty and his lawyer said the acts were all consensual.
All three women were members of the church at the time and Masterson remains one.
On Wednesday may 31, Variety claimed Masterson was found guilty of two counts of forcible rape. The jury was deadlocked on a third rape charge and did not reach a verdict.
This was the second trial for the 47-year-old actor and prosecutors said Scientology officials protected Masterson for years after he drugged and sexually assaulted the women.

The women, who were also Scientologists, testified that the church barred them from making reports to police.
Jurors deliberated for 8 days before returning their verdict. The original trial ended on November 30 2022, with the jury deadlocked on all counts after extended deliberations, which had to be restarted when two jurors got COVID.
Masterson pleaded not guilty to the charges and didn’t testify in his own defense in either trial.

Masterson, who shares an eight-year-old daughter with wife Bijou Phillips, was initially accused of sexual assault in 2017, which he denied at the time as ‘outrageous allegations’.
The actor was subsequently written out of his Netflix series The Ranch amid the scandal.
