Tory leadership TV debate cancelled, Sky News has announced after Rishi Sunak and Liz Truss pulled out of the final TV debate which was set to take place tomorrow evening.
Today will see MPs head to the ballots to cast their votes in the third round of the Tory leadership race to find a successor to Boris Johnson, as the remaining five will become four this evening.
MPs will be holding a vote of confidence in the Government today as the opposition continues to call for Boris Johnson to step down immediately and hand the role over to a caretaker prime minister.
